About the role
As Duty Officer, you will lead our office duty function, acting as the first point of contact for callers, visitors and day-to-day enquiries. - Can work independently while contributing positively to a team.
- Demonstrates empathy and sensitivity when working with vulnerable people.
- Shares The Friendly Trust’s commitment to equality, inclusion and person-centred support.
Experience within the charity, voluntary, health or social care sectors would be an advantage, as would knowledge of financial administration or case management systems.

- Meaningful work that makes a genuine difference to people’s lives
- The opportunity to work alongside a dedicated and passionate team
