We were established in 1998 and became a registered charity in 2000. Since then, we’ve helped thousands of people across Wales and beyond to feel safer, more confident, and more in control of their finances.

Many of the people we support face challenges such as:

• Poor health or disability
• Major life changes like bereavement or job loss
• Low confidence with money or digital skills
• Risk of financial abuse or scams

Without the right support, these challenges can lead to debt, exploitation, and exclusion. That’s where we come in.

We believe that everyone — no matter their circumstances:

• Has the same value and rights as anyone else
• Should be able to make their own important decisions
• Deserves support from their family, community, and services to reach their goals.
• Should have a say in how services are designed and delivered

We offer a wide range of services, including:

• Help with managing money and debt
• Support to claim benefits
• Help with setting up a Lasting Power of Attorney
• Advice on wills and trusts
• Acting as a Deputy through the Court of Protection
• Managing trusts for vulnerable people
• Protecting people from financial abuse
• Acting as an Appointee to manage benefits and bills
